Job Description
As a Business head responsible for preparation of business plan in line with the guideline given by the Group.
Accountable for P&L of the business unit.
Overall control on the organizational activities.
Ensuring manufacturing targets and sourcing budgets in line with business plan.
Ensuring all customers requirements is met with, on quality, cost and delivery through all functional heads.
Establish new markets for expansion of business.
Establishing the statutory and regulatory requirements in line with Government regulations as well as BorgWarner standards.
Reviewing the Budget and Business plan regularly for the growth of the business.
Establishing quality policy and measurable objectives of the organization and review them regularly in monthly ORM.
Ensuring the statutory and regulatory requirements are complied with concerned people.
Should have prior experience at the Shop floor level.
Keen in updating knowledge and implementing the latest trends in Automobile industry.
Should have worked at CEO / COO / Sr VP levels
Heading an automobile / ancillary unit of minimum 30-50 Crores turnover
Working experience with an MNC would be an added advantage.
Should be from Engineering Management background (Automobile Engineering. Preferred but not mandatory).
